NEW MEDICATIONS TOPIC AT DIABETIC SUPPORT GROUP

Submitted by Barb McKown The September installment of the Diabetes Support Group looks to be exciting and informative. We will be having two special guests with us from Minnie Hamilton Health Care Center. Pharmacist Matt Siwicki will be updating our members on the newest diabetic medications. He will also discuss proper medication maintenance. Our other special guest for the evening will be Dr. Suresh Balasubramony. Dr. Suresh will be exploring options for a new Diabetic Clinic he is looking to operate out of the Calhoun Medical/Dental Clinic. He will be looking for insight from diabetics and their families on ways he can best meet their needs. Dr. Suresh and Mr. Siwicki will be available to answers all your questions following their presentations.
