MURDER MOUNTAIN'S RICHARD CUMMINGS CHARGED - Tommy Young, Jr. Facing Multiple-Charges

(08/28/2004)
Thirty-seven-year-old Richard Cummings (pictured left), who was shot on Murder Mountain in Clay County last week, has now been arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. He is lodged in Central Regional Jail.

Cumming's sister Renee Boyd of Murder Mountain has accused him of helping grind-up the body of an 18-year-old Roane County girl, missing since August 31, 2002.

Boyd has told authorities that Cummings and convicted murderer Tattoo Vince Gosolow killed Christian Dawn Starcher Seabolt, saying they made sandwiches with her flesh, calling them "b - - - h burgers."

Cummings was released from the hospital after Boyd's live-in boyfriend, Tommy Young, Sr., allegedly shot him three times. Young is in Central Regional Jail.

Young's 17-year-old son was taken into custody by Braxton County authorities Thursday. Tommy Young Jr. has reportedly been charged with five felonies from last week's shoot-out on Murder Mountain. He is being held in a juvenile facility with bond reportedly set at $400,000.
