Nora Mowery Tucker, 87, formerly of Creston

Nora Tucker, 87, formerly of Creston, passed away Sunday, Aug. 22, 2004, at Sunbridge Care and Rehab of Parkersburg. Nora was born in Wirt County, a daughter of the late Cephus and Maude Mowrey. She was a life-time resident of Wirt County and a homemaker. Surviving are a son, Ron Tucker of Parkersburg; sister, Cora Boggs of Akron, Ohio; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Cooper Cemetery of Creston. Matheny Pomroy Funeral Home of Elizabeth is in charge of arrangements.
