NORMANTOWN-STUMPTOWN WATER PROJECT SLOWED

The Normantown-Stumptown water project is still dragging with red tape and what appears to be a fewer number of customers than expected. The PSD reports 119 customers have signed from a potential number of 380. Members of the PSD say funding is no longer a problem.
