COLLINS BOND INCREASED TO $40,000 - Cases Before Circuit Court

The following are dispositions made in cases before Judge Thomas Evans III during this weeks Calhoun Circuit Court. George Duskey's case was sent to Magistrate Court for trial with no date set. Christopher Collins bond was increased to $40,000, still incarcerated. David Starkey plead guilty to conspiring to break and enter, sentencing to follow. William Bohn plead guilty to a (misdemeanor) charge of possession of marijuana and a conspiracy to commit grand larceny (felony), still incarcerated. Josh Bohn, a bond hearing reduced bond from $15,000 to $8,000 cash or surety. Christina Blake sentenced to two years probation. $2000 restitution and community service.
