PUBLIC MEETING WILL DISCUSS PROPOSED SCHOOL LEVY

The Calhoun County Board of Education will hold a public meeting tonight in the auditorium of CMHS. The meeting will start at 7 p.m.

Calhoun School Superintendent Ron Blankenship said the purpose of the meeting will be to share information about the upcoming excess levy and to gather public input.

There will be a short PowerPoint presentation to explain the purpose of the proposed levy, followed by time for those in attendance to share their ideas concerning the proposal.

The school board is encouraging anyone interested to attend.
