The Robin Springston Memorial Poker Run hosted by the Grantsville Lions Club Wood Festival was held on
Saturday, August 7, 2004.
Participants enjoyed an 80 mile ride through rural West Virginia.
A cookout at the County Park was prepared for participants after the run.
Jim Titus won the
$100 pot for having the best poker hand, a full house.
Sharon Pitts, of Grantsville, won the 50/50 drawing,
donating her share of the winnings to the Springston Family.
Don Springston and Kristie Shaffer were winners
of door prizes. A portion of the Poker Run proceeds went to the Springston family.
