Rosalea Starcher, 60, of Spencer, died Monday, July 26, 2004, at her residence. She was born January 15, 1944, at Billings, a daughter of the late Raymond F. and Sibyl Loraine Huffman Cottrell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert, Benjamin and Ray Cottrell; one sister, June Henslee. She was a homemaker and former employee of Kellwood Corp., Spencer. Survivors include one son, Dr. Dominic J. Cottrell of Morgantown; one grandson, Jude Michael Cottrell of Morgantown; one brother, Ralph L. Cottrell of Spencer; three sisters, Martha Church and Frances Randles both of Massillon, OH, Irene Winter of Ventura, California. A funeral service will be conducted Thursday, July 29 at 11:00 a.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Garry L. Bowen officiating.
