Daniel Heiney and Larry Morton were accepted as deacons at the Enon Baptist
Church during a special ordination service yesterday.
A packed church of deacons and members of other Calhoun churches, church
members and visitors participated in the service, which was followed by a
dinner.
Pastor Harry Siers introduced Pastors Robert Nicholas and Mac McDonald, in
addition to Dr. Mike Stephens, who delivered the ordination service.
