WAGONER INDICTED IN LEWIS COUNTY - Charged With Breaking And Entering

(07/22/2004)
Weston Police said a former Grantsville man has been indicted on two felony counts of breaking and entering.

Christopher Eugene Wagoner, 28, was charged by Patrolman G.P. Hoskins of the Weston Police Department, after he reportedly broke into the office of Ahmed W. Husari, M.D. Inc. and the Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Authorities said the incident appeared to be drug related.

He was arrested in March, 2004, with his indictment last week before a Lewis County Grand Jury.

Wagoner was arrested in March, 2003 in Calhoun County by Chief Deputy Sheriff Carl Ballengee and charged with obstructing an officer. He was found guilty of the charge.

Wagoner admitted to falsely accusing an individual of stealing his medication and falsely accusing that person of stealing a flag from the lawn of the county courthouse.
