Leo Pettry reportedly died after he was punched in the face by a man with whom he had previously fought.

Pettry fell back after he was punched and his head struck the concrete.

He died three days later in a Parkersburg hospital.

Authorities said Pettry left the Belpre resident after a fight, accompanied by a woman. He reportedly returned later to make an apology when he was struck.

Police have yet to bring charges.
