"PASSING OF THE TOWEL" CEREMONY RECOGNIZES SMITH

Gary Smith turned 50 yesterday. His fellow employees at the local DHHR office in Grantsville performed the official "Passing of the Towel" ceremony. Janet Heiney gives the office towel to Smith. The towel ceremony has been a ritual for the past three years. Heiney will be the recipient next year.
