John Apgar is Calhoun's new Conservation Officer. Fresh from the West Virginia State Police Academy, Apgar says he is spending his first days in the county getting acquainted with the roads, but more importantly with the people. "I'm really looking forward to it," he said. "I will work hard at being fair and treating people with respect."
