CIRCUIT COURT WILL HEAR FOUR ARRAIGNMENTS - Two Day Docket Starts Tuesday

Calhoun Circuit Court will be held starting tomorrow with seven cases on the docket.

Four individuals are scheduled for arraignment, Kevin Reed, Eric Marks, David Starkey and George Duskey. They are all being represented by counselor Shannon Baldwin.

Baldwin is also asking the state to dismiss charges against Roger Collins and offering a plea for Christina Blake.

Drew Patton is representing Carolyn Summers in a trial.

William Bohn is appearing before the court, related to a trial and a motion to revoke bond. He is represented by John Oshoway.

Court is scheduled to continue to June 30th:

A civil action Henry's Fork Farms vs. estate of Tom Collins.

The court will hear probation revocation regarding Jaden Beall, in addition to three juvenile cases.

Linda Hughes will appear before the court for sentencing.

The court will also hear several other juvenile cases.
