Deputy Ballengee rceives check from Wal-Mart

Calhoun's Chief Deputy Sheriff Carl D. Ballengee and his police dog partner Officer Kahn received help from Wal-Mart Foundation yesterday. The Foundation presented a $1000 check at Spencer's Wal-Mart to help buy a bullet-proof vest for Kahn.

Ballengee said Mark's Towing of Spencer-Walton also donated $200 toward the vest.
