Robert C. Kerby, 80, of Norton, Ohio, formerly of Calhoun, died Monday, June 21, 2004. A resident of Norton for 52 years, he retired from Seiberling T&R with 38 1/2 years service, was a member of Barberton Lodge #750 F&AM, Barberton Moose Lodge #759, an avid bowler and golfer and enjoyed camping and playing horseshoes at Maple Lakes. Preceded in death by parents, Dewey and Mattie; brothers, Jack, Beryl, Deo; and son, Robert. Surviving are wife of 59 years, Janette; children, Bill (Kathleen), Doris (Dave) Williams, Patricia (Joe) Garner, Brenda (Sam) Adamov, Jack (Jackie); grandchildren, David, Lisa, Christopher, Brian, Aaron, Hillary, Vanessa; stepgrandchildren, Holly, Levi; great grandchildren, Lauren, CJ; and sister, Louise Estep. The family would like to thank visiting nurses, Denise and Tammy for their care and support. Funeral service will be held Thursday, 11 a.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home with Pat Mooney officiating. Burial Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation 5 to 8 p.m Wednesday.
