CAN YOU IDENTIFY OLD COURTHOUSE FOLKS?

This courthouse picture was taken in the early 1900s, with the Sheriff's office in the upper right part of the building. The photo appears to have been taken around a holiday. Can anyone identify the courthouse folks? (Submitted by Dottie Belt-Cornell)
