MT. ZION MAN CHARGED WITH BATTERY - Gosnell Held In Regional Jail

Taken From Magistrate Court Records A Mt. Zion Ridge man was arrested Thursday morning (April 19) on a battery charge after a 2:30 a.m. call to 911 from his wife. Sheriff Allen Parsons responded to the residence. Jonathan Gosnell, 44, was taken to Central Regional Jail at Flatwoods. Gosnell had been living in Calhoun for about three months, according to authorities. He is to be returned to Calhoun Magistrates Court this week. Bond was set at $1000.
