Grace Nichols, 91 - Grantsville

Grace Nichols, 91, of Grantsville, West Virginia, went to be with the Lord June 2, 2004. She was born at Richardson, a daughter of the late Francis M. and Roxie Blosser Connolly. Surviving are two daughters, Mary Nichols and Juanita Bell and her husband James Bell all of Grantsville; one sister, Frankie Mowery of Creston; one brother, Roy Connolly of Davisville, WV; 6 grandchildren, Arthur Bell and Alan Bell of Grantsville, Holly Bell of Alexandra, VA, Connie Law of Parkersburg, Anita Godfrey of Canal Winchester, Ohio, and Elaina Nicholas of Geneva, NY; 12 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Mrs, Nichols was preceded in death by her husband, Buford Nichols, 9 sisters and 3 brothers. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, June 6 at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg. Rev. William Law and Rev. Rick Godfrey will officiate. Interment will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday.
