| Fenton Arnold, 89, of Arnoldsburg, West Virginia, formerly of Chloe, passed away May 26, 2004 in Roane General Hospital, Spencer.
Born in Clay County, he was a son of the late Charlie and Blanche Arnold. He was a retired bus driver for Clay County Schools.
Surviving are his wife, Freda Sheets Lynch Arnold and a son, Danny Arnold and his wife Carol of Chloe; 2 grandchildren, Tina Phillips of Buckhannon and Mark Arnold of Chloe; a great grandchild, Kydra Arnold of Chloe; 2 sisters, Dorothy Ellingson of Rittman, Ohio and Esta Smith of Mogadore, Ohio; and one brother, Verner Arnold of Chloe.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Anna Arnold and a sister, Belvia Sears and 4 brothers, Basil, Glen, Dallas and Neal Arnold.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 29 at 10:30 a.m. at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg. Rev. Darius Arnold will officiate. Interment will be in the Arnold Cemetery at Chloe.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to the service Saturday.
