Along the lower West Fork it was "practice" for the Whytsell Reunion coming up in August, said Randall Whytsell. The Whytsell's had a wiener roast and get-together yesterday afternoon at the Whytsell Park, located between Rocksdale and Richardson.

While neither village now exists, both had post offices at one time. Randall's wife Blanche, who recently passed away, was the last postmistress at Richardson.

Randall was in rare form with his singin' buddies, enjoying the afternoon with his daughter Peggy and husband Marvin Stemple and their many friends.

Blanche left specific directions for carrying on the family traditions on the lower Fork, including the reunion in August.
