Glenville State College with an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in
Occupational Development, Early
Childhood Specialist.
Shirley Naylor graduated Summa Cum Laude, with highest honors. Elaine Miller
and Patty Mangus graduated Magna Cum Laude, with high honors. All three are
employees of Calhoun
Head Start.
Elaine Miller has worked for Head Start for 24 years, Patty Mangus 20 years and
Shirley
Naylor 12 years.
Elaine Miller and Patty Mangus both work at the Head Start Center in Grantsville.
Shirley Naylor works out of her office in Arnoldsburg with the Head Start Home
Base.
Headstart is an award-winning early childhood education program that has
