GRANDMOTHER "POISONS" 4-YEAR-OLD GRANDDAUGHTER - Charged With Attempted Murder In Glenville

A grandmother has been arrested for the attempted murder of her 4-year-old granddaughter in Glenville, according to the Gilmer County Sheriff's Department. Marcia Lemons, 58, of North Carolina (pictured left) has been charged with attempted murder by Gilmer Magistrate Carol Wolfe, she is being held in Central Regional Jail. Lemons reportedly attempted the murder by giving her granddaughter medications. The Sheriff's Department has said Lemons has confessed to the alleged crime.
