Cases will be heard before Thomas C. Evans III on July 16 starting at 8:30 a.m.:

State of West Virginia vs. David Scott Arthur (Karickhoff) and Jerry Scott Wagoner (Patton), a drug related case regarding meth amphetamine, a suppression hearing.

State of West Virginia vs. Kelly Ann Mace (Patton), a drug related case regarding the possession with intent to deliver meth amphetamine (crank),a further hearing.

State of West Virginia vs. Gary Dale Goodrich (Patton), related to third offense DUI, a hearing on a motion to suppress.

State of West Virginia vs. Shelly Sue Burrows (Patton), a marijuana related charge, suppression hearing or plea.

State of West Virginia vs. James A. Christman (Hines), a marijuana related charge, Suppression hearing or plea.

State of West Virginia vs. Teddy Lewis Moss (D. Fowler), a sexual abuse charge, imposition of sentencing and plea.
