Callie Howard, 100 of Apopka, Florida, formerly of Grantsville, WV died April 10th. in Apopka.

Born at Freed she was a daughter of the late P.W. and Emma J. Snider Collins. She was a member of the Knotts Memorial United Methodist Church in Grantsville.

Surviving are two sons and daughters in law, George and Emily Howard of Clarmont, Florida and Carl Thomas and Aleatha Howard of Pompton Plains, NJ; two daughters, Grace Stalnaker of Marietta, Ohio and Eloise Bower of Daytona Beach, Florida; five grandchildren, Caroline Edwards of Pompton Plains, Rebecca Archer of Marietta, Linda Staley of Mt. Dora Florida, Robert Bower of Arizona and Elizabeth Howard of Pompton Plains; six great grandchildren, William Thomas Edwards of Pompton Plains, Malissa Gerber of Cincinnati, Ohio, Jaime Hinkley of Watertown, Ohio, Jennifer Archer of Marietta, Benjamin Staley of Mt. Dora and Timothy Staley of Jacksonville, Florida; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Howard was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Howard in 1976, four brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville. Rev. Mary Zimmer will officiate. Interment will be in the Bethlehem Cemetery, Grantsville. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday and one hour prior to the service Sunday.
