CARS COLLIDE ON MT. ZION RIDGE - No Injuries Sustained

A truck driven by Tom Ullum of Grantsville and car driven by Bill Butler of Mud Lick collided on the Mt. Zion Ridge last night about 9 p.m. The Butler vehicle came to rest near a motor home owned by Herman Ayers. Ullum's truck received extensive damage to the left front, the wheel coming loose.

The accident happened on State Route 16 just south of the 911 center.

Ullum reportedly hitched a ride to call 911 and returned to his vehicle. Neither Ullum or Butler required transport to the hospital.

Sheriff Allen Parsons came by the scene on his way home from church, but State Trooper Doug Starcher investigated the accident.
