Calhoun County has one of the smallest operating budgets in the State of West Virginia: Fiscal Year Calhoun County Budget 2004 - 2005: Levy Estimate (Budget) STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA, COUNTY OF CALHOUN: In accordance with W.Va.
