GRANTSVILLE MAN RECEIVES 120 DAYS ON DRUG CHARGE - Calhoun Magistrate Report

From the records of Magistrate Johnson and Robinson:

Adam Roberts, 20, of Grantsville has been sent to regional jail in Flatwoods for 120 days, plus fines and costs. Roberts was found guilty in Magistrate Johnson's court for the possession of marijuana greater than 15 grams.

MISDEMEANORS:

VIRGINIA VANDALL, charged by Trooper C. J. Ellyson for failure to stop/yeild on January 15, 2001. Dismissed.

JOHN D. HICKMAN, charged by Deputy Ron Gordon for violating home confinement on April 5, 2001. Probable cause, hearing held, continued for determination.

MICHAEL BADGETT, charged by Deputy Carl Bandy for reckless driving on April 4, 2001. Warrant issued, no arrest.

DANA D. SEARS, charged with DUI by Sgt. J. W. Bonazzo for DUI on April 7, 2001.
