Homer Marlin"Mug" Park, 79, Burning Springs WV

Homer Marlin"Mug" Park age 79 of Burning Springs died Friday Feb 13th at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.

He was born at Creston Oct 24th 1924, a son of William Henry "Bill" & Mabel (Davis) Park. He was a member of the Burning Springs U.M. Church and the Disabled Ameriaian Veterans and was a veteran of WWII.

He is survived by his third wife Gay (McFee)Belt-Park of Burning Springs; a son Robert Park and family of Minnora; daughter Ann (Park) Newell of Chloe; daughter Kay (Park) Flinn-Lyons and family of Coolville,Ohio.

Five stepsons by his current wife, three step daughters by his second wife. A sister Marie Snyder of Parkersburg; five grandchildren,several step grandchildren, neices & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his second wife Geraldine (Belt) Park, two brothers James and Charles Park, a sister Mary Bock of Parkersburg.

Funeral services were held at Busch-Kimes Funeral home in Elizabeth Feb 17th with th Rev Chad Mugrage of Parkersburg officiating.

Burial was in the Mt Pleasant Cemetary with military graveside services.
