JUDGE NIBERT HAS SEVERAL CASES ON DOCKET

Judge David W. Nibert will hear several cases today in the Calhoun Circuit Court. Walter Wilson III and Joshua Bohn have a status and plea hearing, represented by Shannon Baldwin. Harold Lloyd Stutler is appearing for a status hearing. Carl D. Groves and Sharon L. Smith will appear for arraignment. In a civil case, Dart Energy Corporation vs. Ardent Energy, there is a motion for summary judgment. Justin Snider is appearing for sentencing. Several juvenile cases are before the court for review.
