MINNORA CENTER HOLDS MEETING - A Report On Progress

MINNORA CENTER NEWS by Kenny Bailey The Minnora Community Center held its monthly meeting February 9th Several issues (old and new) were discussed, including plans for a weight/workout room, a walking track, farmer's markets, flea markets, and a ramp dinner. Our newest project, we are hoping to complete, is an exercise weightlifting/workout center. We are requesting donations of any type of good, working, usable exercise equipment, since quite a few people have shown interest in this project. The Arnoldsburg Fire Dept. has already graciously donated a tread mill. Your donation would be a benefit to everyone in the community and a tax write-off for you. A receipt will be given to you for tax deduction purposes. We need you, please! Come to our next scheduled meeting on Monday, March 9th at 6:00 P.M. upstairs of the Minnora Community Center and tell us what you want and then help us make it happen. We thank those who attended, and their valuable input, but we still need a lot more help and ideas.
