ROACH IS FOURTH ARREST IN ROSEDALE BUST - $840,000 Confiscated

A fourth person was arrested in the $840,000 Rosedale drug bust, according to Braxton County authorities. James Ray Roach, age unknown, was arrested along with Larry Donald Sandy, 33, Billy Lee Yost, 46, and Anita Jo Sandy, 31, all of the Rosedale area.

A reported 277 plants along with processed marijuana was found at the Sandy residence. "The street value was about $550,000," said Sgt. Charlie Trader of the police's K-9 unit. Another crop of 144 plants was discovered.

The units police drug found the fourth suspect identified as Roach at his nearby home.

State Police from Weston, Glenville and Braxton County participated in the early morning raid, plus two State Police K-9 units, the West Virginia SWAT team and sheriff's officers and DNR officers from Braxton County.
