| Wanda M. Toney, 77, of Mineral Wells passed away Jan. 21, 2004, at the
Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital. She was born in Fairmont, a daughter of the late
Allen and Hazel B. Rose Bell. She enjoyed painting and crafts, was a homemaker
and had attended the United Brethren Church. Wanda is survived by one son, Herbert Wayne Toney of Munday, W.Va.; four daughters, Janice Fordyce of Mineral Wells, Sharon Dickel of Parkersburg, Judy Shaffer of Belleville and Elaine Casey of Jacksonville, Fla.; numerous grand and great-grandchildren; one brother, Vernon Bell of Parkersburg; and a half sister, Dorothy Cline of Parkersburg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert S. Toney; two sons, Roger Roberts and David Toney; and one brother, Allen Bell Jr. Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home of south Parkersburg, with the Rev. Bill Eakle officiating. Burial will follow in Belt Cemetery at Munday, W.Va. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today. |
