Temperatures dropped to near zero over the weekend with a dusting of snow from Friday. Wind chill was sub-zero. Horses are bearing cold weather on Nicut Run near the Village of Euclid. A warming trend started Sunday afternoon. THE FORECAST: Monday mostly cloudy with a slight chance of rain showers. A slight chance of snow showers in the morning. Highs in the lower 40s. West winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation 20 percent. Monday Night will be mostly cloudy. Lows around 30. Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph. Tuesday is will be mostly cloudy. Highs in the lower 40s. West winds 10 to 15 mph. Tuesday Night will be partly cloudy. Lows in the mid 20s. West winds 5 to 10 mph.
