NIBERT SENTENCES SAND RIDGE MAN - Snyder Case Plea Bargained

A forty-year-old Sand Ridge man, Paul Goodrich, Jr. was sentenced yesterday by Judge David Nibert in Calhoun Circuit Court over a domestic battery charge related to a male family member.

Nibert sentenced Goodrich to 12 months in regional jail, but suspended the sentence. Instead, he gave Goodrich a 30 day jail sentence, placed him on probation for three years, and requiring he participate in 100 hours of community service.

Justin Snyder, 23, of Arnoldsburg, in a plea agreement, plead to petit larceny, a lesser offense than grand larceny. Snyder will appear in court on February 24.

Joseph Delesio, 52, of Big Bend, who has been charged with wanton endangerment in an incident at the Hilltop Inn, was bound over to May 13. A case against Roger Collins was also bound over.

A hearing for Garland Ray Nichols has been scheduled for February 10th.

The Circuit Court also heard several civil cases.
