The trial of Dorcie Eugene Blosser, 40, of Stouts Mills, formerly of
Roane County, has
been postponed in Monongalia County. Blosser was scheduled to stand
trial April
17th, charged with the October DUI death of 31-year-old Brenda Sue
Garden.
Blosser was driving a 40-ton well servicing rig belonging to Key
Energy of
Arnoldsburg, when it flipped on U. S. 119 in Morgantown, crushing the
woman's sports
utility vehicle. He is charged with drunken driving causing a death
and a subsequent
DUI offense.
Authorities said the truck driver had three previous DUI convictions
in Texas.
The trial is expected to be re-scheduled in the May term of court.
