CIRCUIT COURT CONVENES TUESDAY - Nibert Has Two Day Docket, Fifteen Cases For Grand Jury

Circuit Court will be in session starting Tuesday with the Grand Jury convening at 9:30 a.m. Prosecutor Matt Minney says about fifteen cases will be presented to the Grand Jury.

Judge David Nibert has a full docket for Tuesday and Wednesday.
