CIRCUIT COURT CONVENES TUESDAY - Nibert Has Two Day Docket, Fifteen Cases For Grand Jury

Circuit Court will be in session starting Tuesday with the Grand Jury convening at 9:30 a.m. Prosecutor Matt Minney says about fifteen cases will be presented to the Grand Jury.

Judge David Nibert has a full docket for Tuesday and Wednesday.

TUESDAY, JANUARY 6:

A civil case, Brunty vs. Butler, bench trial, counsel Leah Boggs and John Oshoway.

A civil case, Dart Energy Corp. vs. Ardent Resources, pretrial, status and motion for sanctions, counsel Tony Wilhoit and Mark Swartz.

A civil case, Sherman Acquisitions vs. Vonda Knicely, motion for judgment on pleadings, counsel James C. Jones.

A civil case, Kite vs. Baker, preliminary injunction, counsel John Oshoway.

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 7:

State vs. William Bohn, bound-over, prosecutor Matthew Minney, counsel Shannon Baldwin.
