She is survived by three sisters, Evelyn Church of Spencer, Edna Woodward of Mogadore, Ohio, and Shirley Davis of Lakewood, Ohio; and two brothers, Jess Church of Medina, Ohio, and George Church of Arnoldsburg.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her "mother" who raised her, Ila Ash Church; two brothers; and one sister.

A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the Eventide Cemetery, Spencer, with the Rev. D.L. Kirby officiating. There will be no visitation.
