TWO MEN HELD FOR BURGLARY - Calhoun Magistrate Report

Scotty L. Knight, 20, of Five Forks and David S. Starkey, 25, of Grantsville are being held in Central Regional Jail at Flatwoods on burglary charges, according to magistrate court records. They have been charged with a January 28 incident which alleges they stole $1437 worth of tools from Jamie Johnston of Big Bend.

The arresting officer was State Trooper C. J. Ellyson. They are being held in jail in lieu of $10,000 bond, according to court records.

Josh Wade Burdick of Grantsville has been released on bond after being charged for DUI, following too closely, concealed weapon and no proof of insurance, according to court records. Burdick was charged by Deputy Sheriff Ron Bandy on March 19 following a two-car accident on Pleasant Hill.

VELCIA STEVENS, charged with DUI by Deputy Sheriff Carl Ballengee on March 21. Arrested and posted bond.

VIRGINIA VANDALL, charged with failure to stop/yield by Trooper C. J. Ellyson on January 15.
