VEHICLE ROLLS OVER AFTER HITTING ICY PATCH

A Ford Explorer struck a patch of ice last night on U. S. 33-119, flipped over and landed on its top in a ditch-line. The 10 p.m. accident did not result in injuries to the driver, Barbara Simmons of Sinking Springs or two children who were passengers.

The accident was near the Corder Bridge at the Calhoun-Roane line. The Arnoldsburg VFD responded with Deputy Sheriff Ron Bandy investigating.
