Donna Sue Gandee, 51 - Elizabeth

Donna Sue Gandee, 51, of Elizabeth, died at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, December 11, 2003, in Camden Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg, after a brief illness.

She was born December 4, 1952, in Painesville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Doral Clare and Nina Olive McCroskey Boice. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Duane Boice.

Mrs. Gandee was a homemaker. She was formerly employed as a day care center attendant, waitress and caregiver to the elderly. She was a Christian.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas Edward Gandee of Elizabeth; son and daughter-in-law, Thomas Duane and Marlayna Gandee of Elizabeth; grandchildren, Donovan, Dustin and Skyler Gandee; father and mother-in-law, Clarence and Lora Gandee of Parkersburg.

A funeral service will be conducted Sunday, December 14 at 2:00 p.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Leon B. Strickland officiating. Burial will be in the Hill Grove Cemetery #2, Palestine.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-9 p.m. on Saturday.
