| Harlan D. Webb, 92, of Spencer, died Thursday, December 11, 2003, in Eldercare of West Virginia, Ripley. He was born May 24, 1911, in Roane County, a son of the late Clark and Amy Nichols Webb. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Anna L. Webb; two brothers, Herman Webb and Beverly Lynch Webb. Mr. Webb was a retired employee of PACE, Inc. and a life long resident of Roane County. Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Jimmy Craddock of Vienna, Marsha and Mike O'Brien of Spencer, Jill and Lester Sanchez of Salado, TX; two sons and daughter-in-law, George and Beth Webb of Akron, OH, Roscoe Webb of Akron, OH; two grandchildren. A memorial service will be conducted Wednesday, January 14 at 1:00 p.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Daniel R. "Danny" Whited officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour before the service.
