Sam Sheppard Sentenced to Hang in 1900

Sam Sheppard, who murdered his wife and step-son in Wirt county, was found guilty at the trial of the case at Elizabeth, last week, and sentenced to be hanged on March 1st.  He was taken to Moundsville, where the sentence will be carried into effect.
