High School Injunction

The injunction case against the Board of Directors of the Calhoun county high school was taken up at the present term and submitted to the judge for decision.  Able arguments were made in the case by Attorneys Jacob Harper and J.M. Baker of Spencer, for the plaintiffs, while the side of the High School was presented by Attorneys A.G. Mathews and Bruce Ferrell in a manner that provided that they had given much attention and thought to the case.  No opinion was rendered by the judge as he desired further time to study over the business and the attorneys were given leave to file additional briefs.  It is probable that the decision will be handed down by the first of the year.
