New Riverboat to be Put in Service in 1921

(03/04/2002)

Transcribed by Norma Knotts Shaffer from microfilm of the Calhoun Chronicle dated 3/3/1921.

C.A. Witt and Johnnie Ball left Wednesday morning for Parkersburg with their new boat, "The Donald."  While away they will have it measured up and secure a license for it when it will be put in the trade on this river.  The boat is about the size of the Str. Cabot and is equipped with good machinery and modern equipment.
