Witt Purchases Valuable Corner

A deal was closed last week whereby Cary A. Witt, local I.C.H. and Maytag dealer, purchased from K. M. Hunt the valuable corner lot on Main and Bridge streets, opposite the Bridge Filling Station.  The lot is now occupied by a small dwelling and storehouse.  We understand these will be torn away at once and Mr. Witt will erect the a modern three-story building to house his International Harvester Farm machinery, Maytag washing machines and Dodge Bros. automobiles and Graham trucks.

The new building which will be of fireproof construction will provide ample show rooms to display the various lines carried by Mr. Witt, with lots of room for storage in the story below Main street and the third story.
