CLASS OF '49 MEETS AT ARNOLDSBURG - 52nd Class Reunion (07/09/2001) A side-reunion of the Class of 1949 was held at the Arnoldsburg Park on July 7, fifty-two years after graduation at Calhoun High School. Ten members attended the get-together. There were sixty-nine students in the Class of '49, according to class member Katheryn Kerby. She said twenty are deceased. Attending, Ollidene Naylor Hall, Tom Vanhorn, George Bell, Jackie Gainer Robinson, Pete Trippett, Ollie Offutt, Richard Robinson, Violet Cain Williams, Nila Francis Smith and Katheryn Kerby Stevens. A 55th class reunion is planned for 2004.
