CALHOUN'S 'KITTY' WILSON TO BE HONORED BY LK SCOUTS - An Accomplished Life

Calhoun's Harold "Kitty" Wilson, whose longtime service to the Boy Scouts of America, will be honored one-more-time for his service at a special recognition leadership dinner on Thursday, April 20 at 6 p.m.

The fundraising event will be held the Jackson County Armed Forces Reserve Center between Ripley and Ravenswood. Tickets at $75.

Wilson, whose Green Beret experience was a background for teaching self discipline, promptness and policing your own area, was a teacher and father figure to generations of Calhoun kids.

Wilson has received multiple honors for his dedicated service.
