NICHOLSON SENTENCED 1-3 YEARS ON MULTIPLE DUI CHARGES

Judge Thomas Evans III in Calhoun Circuit Court this week sentenced Willie Nicholson one to three years in the WV State Penitentiary, related to third offense DUI, driving suspended. The sentence will run concurrently with charges in Harrison County.
Zachary Wease was ordered to pay $9,600 in restitution.
Ordie Rogers, charged in relation to the death of his infant daughter, was ordered to appear in court for further proceedings on September 24.
