ROANE MAN ARRESTED ON FELONY CHARGES

A Roane County man was caught by Roane authorities and taken to Central Regional Jail.
Douglas Thomas Shaffer, 22, has been felony charged on one count of burglary and one county of grand larceny.
Bond has yet to be set.
